OUR COMPANY'S HISTORY

 Trinity Development Company is one of Conway's oldest and 

largest land development companies. Founded in 1977 by the late Robert and Patricia Ott, Trinity laid the 

groundwork for the development of Conway. Still family owned and operated, Trinity continues to grow 

with Conway by developing commercial, residential, and office projects.

1986 BUILDING DEVELOPMENT

Braswell & Son Building (Oak St.)


1990 CONSTRUCTION

Gardenwall Apartments and Salem Garden Apartments

1995 CONSTRUCTION

The Chapel at Four Winds

1998 NEW SHOPPING CENTERS

Washington Ave, Crossroads Center, Townsend Center, Broadview Shopping Center (Greenbrier), Green Valley Shopping Center built (Greenbrier) and AR Federal Credit Union building purchased (Greenbrier). 

1997 EXPANSION IN CONWAY

Washington Park, June Beene Phase 1 & 2, Saddletop Center

2000 NEW TO CONWAY

Westwood Garden Apartments, First Service Bank (Washington Ave.) built. 

2001 EXPANSION CONTINUED

Old Town Place, Rankin – Salter Bldg., Washington Ave., Dairy Queen Built. 

2006 ADDITIONAL INVESTMENTS

High Point Part Apartments, June Been Phase 3 and Russaw Building Built.

2004 NEW APARTMENTS

Scherman Heights PUD Developed.

2007 ACQUISITIONS AND CONSTRUCTION

Purchased Taco’s 4 Life building (Oak St.), Taziki’s building, Robert Jr.’s Tire Shop. Built Donaghey Warehouse.

2008 ADDED BAKERY

Ed’s Bakery Building Purchased.

2018 APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT

The Reserve At Tucker Creek Opens.

2015 EXPANSION

Kum & Go built– (Hwy 64/N. Donaghey)
